Yes, on photo-enabled mugs and sets. JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 5 MB are accepted. Logos, full wraps and unusual artwork go through a human proof instead.
Most pieces dispatch in 2–6 working days. Each product page shows its production window. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the PIN code.
You may cancel until production begins. Once personalisation has entered production, the item cannot be resold; damaged, defective or incorrectly produced items remain eligible for replacement or refund.
Yes. Catalogue and checkout prices include GST. The tax component is shown separately in your order summary and invoice.
