Information we use
We use contact, delivery, order, payment-reference and personalisation information to provide the service, prevent fraud, support customers and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Customer artwork
Uploaded photographs and artwork are stored in private, non-public storage using order-scoped paths. Access is limited to the production and support purpose. Expiry metadata supports scheduled deletion after the operational retention period.
Payments
Razorpay processes payment details. Adore stores payment references and status, not full card or UPI credentials.
Accounts and sharing
Passwordless accounts are optional. We share only what is necessary with processors such as payment, email, hosting and delivery providers. We do not sell customer personal information.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting hello@brandbazar.com. Some order and tax records must be retained for legal reasons.
