Personalisation starts quickly, so the production state matters.

Before production
You may request cancellation until the order enters production. Contact us with your order reference as soon as possible. If accepted, the paid amount will be returned to the original payment method.
After production starts
Once engraving, printing, cutting or assembly begins, the order cannot normally be cancelled because it has been made specifically for you.
Adore cancellation
We may cancel an order if artwork is unsafe, unlawful, technically unsuitable, the item becomes unavailable or delivery is not serviceable. We will explain the issue and offer an alternative or refund.
