The practical agreement covering previews, payment and production.

Your preview
You are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, colour choices, cropping and placement before selecting “I approve this preview”. The SVG preview is a close guide; physical colour and curved-surface placement can vary slightly.
Artwork rights
By uploading text, photographs or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use them and that they do not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in INR and include configured GST. The final amount is recalculated on our server. An order is accepted for production only after payment is captured and required artwork approvals are complete.
Complex artwork
Logos, full wraps, unusual file formats and non-standard placement require a human quote and proof. A quote is not an accepted order until scope, price, timing and payment are confirmed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, our responsibility for an affected order is limited to an appropriate replacement, correction or refund.
